Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, and Content Services, along with hands-on experience in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and modern front-end technologies.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

AEM Development

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM Sites solutions.
• Build reusable AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, and Experience Fragments.
• Develop Custom Workflows, Servlets, Sling Models, and OSGi Services.
• Implement Content Fragments and Headless CMS capabilities.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• ReactJS/Angular (preferred)
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement digital experiences.

Integration & API Development

• Develop and consume REST APIs.
• Integrate AEM with CRM, Analytics, Identity Management, and Marketing platforms.
• Implement Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integrations where required.

Performance & Security

• Optimize page performance and content delivery.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Work with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab pipelines.
• Support containerized deployments and cloud environments.

Qualifications

Nice-to-Have Banking Domain Experience

• Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
• Knowledge of secure customer-facing web platforms.
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG), compliance, and regulated environments.

Salary range $74500 to $150000
