Support feature design discussions by providing technical insights and implementation considerations
Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications
Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues
Actively participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution
Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability
Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams
Proactively identify technical debt and propose improvements

3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong knowledge of C# / .NET ecosystem
Strong knowledge of SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization
Strong knowledge of APIs (Rest)
Strong knowledge of Active Directory
Strong knowledge of Secure coding practices
Experience working with complex enterprise platforms
Confident English proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, test generation, productivity tools) or openness to actively adopt them
Clear and structured communication skills
Strong ownership mindset and quality-driven approach
