Responsibilities

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and bug-fix Salesforce-based workforce solutions
  • Design, configure, update, and maintain forms
  • Configure and maintain field level security and validations on forms
  • Develop and maintain APEX code
  • Optimize and execute SOQL queries
  • Manage user profiles and service accounts
  • Perform requirements discovery with business stakeholders
  • Provide status reporting

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform navigation and administration
  • Experience with APEX development
  • Strong SOQL usage skills including query optimization
  • Experience managing field level security and validations
  • Ability to work independently
