Role Overview

Help us build and scale the core platform for Clairo AI, enabling fast, safe delivery of AI products to millions. You'll own infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security, driving operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• Deep production experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Proficiency in Python and Bash; working knowledge of Go/TypeScript/C#
• Strong IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred) skills
• Experience with AWS/Azure, observability, and PostgreSQL/Redis
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives

What You'll Do

• Evolve platform infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, from architecture to progressive delivery
• Design and enforce infrastructure standards for safe, frictionless shipping
• Lead production readiness, incident response, and capacity planning
