Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Access Review feature
  • Build and manage identity lifecycle management features
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing functionality
  • Enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the IAM platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in backend software development
  • focus on identity and access management, security, or related areas
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Golang and Java
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • familiarity with IAM services and features
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
