[/b] - Lead and manage a team of product designers to create innovative, user-centric designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to drive the overall design vision. - Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and quality across all products. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate them into the design process. - Ensure that all designs meet accessibility and usability standards. - Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders for approval and feedback.

[b]Requirements

[/b] - 3-5 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of leading design projects. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and creative problem-solving. - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. - Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setting. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

[b]Qualifications

[/b] - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Experience in managing and developing a design team. - Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams. - Critical thinker with an eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards. - Demonstrated ability to advocate for design quality and user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

[b]Preferred

[/b] - Master’s degree in a related field. - Experience in designing for a variety of platforms (web, iOS, Android). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
