As a senior leader, you will define and execute a comprehensive data strategy that powers innovation, enhances decision-making, and delivers real business value. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data landscape of a growing and forward-thinking organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking data strategy aligned with key business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise-wide data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks (e.g. POPIA).
• Champion the use of analytics and BI tools to generate actionable insights and predictive models.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems and implementation of scalable, cloud-based data platforms.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for data monetization and operational improvement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning.

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and technical acumen across data architecture, governance, and advanced analytics.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, data-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in data platforms and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and experience with Python or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
