Our client, a leading player in the semiconductor industry, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team. With a focus on Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's operations and help drive their success.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements for Salesforce projects
• Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the company's objectives
• Leading discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
• Proposing process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of Salesforce systems
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
• Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce processes and systems
• Analyzing data and providing valuable insights to support decision-making

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and related systems
• In-depth understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
