Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-agentic workflows using LLMs
  • Build RAG and hybrid search pipelines for clinical and operational data
  • Develop scalable microservices and APIs for clinician tools
  • Perform prompt engineering, grounding, and domain adaptation for healthcare
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for model quality and safety
  • Partner with data engineering to build feature stores and ETL pipelines
  • Own MLOps and LLMOps including CI/CD and automated testing
  • Instrument SLOs/SLIs and cost KPIs for production deployments
  • Champion HIPAA and regulated industry data privacy controls
  • Analyze customer requirements and define technical architecture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total technology experience
  • 8+ years of software development or data engineering with AI/ML
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
  • 4+ years of experience with ADF or Airflow
  • 4+ years of experience with big data and streaming technologies
  • 4+ years of experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile, GitHub, and Jenkins
  • 2+ years of experience with LLMs and GenAI
  • 2+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • 1+ year of experience building full stack services with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js
  • Proficiency in Scala, Python, and PySpark
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Familiarity with clinical datasets
  • Knowledge of SOA and enterprise integration concepts
  • Experience in regulated industries with ethical AI/ML practices
  • Publications, patents, or notable open-source contributions
