Architect, design, and document SSO Application Portal scalable and secure enterprise solutions
Provide hands-on support and development assistance for applications
Assist in building, configuring, and deploying IIS web servers
Design and implement SSO across internal application suites using Okta and SAML
Lead the modernization of legacy applications through cloud-native architecture and containerization
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, security teams, and database administrators
Analyze existing systems to identify and resolve architecture, performance, or security issues
Maintain documentation and ensure solutions align with enterprise IT and cybersecurity standards

Knowledge of TOGAF
Hands-on experience with Information Systems Architect (CISA) or CITA-Professional (IASA Global)
Demonstrated experience architecting and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft (.NET/.NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot)
Experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
Strong understanding of Spring Boot fundamentals
Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
One or more Cloud Architecture Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
Programming Languages & Frameworks: .NET / .NET Core Web API 2.0
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Deep understanding of criminal justice and public safety systems
Experience in government or regulated environments with complex compliance requirements
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers and engineers
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mind

Skills
