Customer Quality Management Projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Customer Quality Management Projects professional to ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards throughout all project phases, serving as the key interface between customers, project teams, and internal functions for all product quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality standards within assigned projects, including processes, methods, requirements, quality-related tools, and LEONI procedures.
• Analyze customer quality requirements and serve as the primary customer interface for all quality-related topics and project teams.
• Support development teams on quality planning activities, technology quality requirements, and customer-specific quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in RFQ activities and lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) preparation, alignment, and follow-up according to customer requirements.
• Contribute to D-FMEA activities, monitor component release status, and coordinate initial sample documentation, timelines, and customer agreements.
• Support manufacturing plants in quality-related activities, including P-FMEA, Control Plans, customer visits, audits, and supplier audits when required.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs in accordance with departmental guidelines, including sampling activities and customer-specific quality metrics.
• Escalate critical project quality issues to Project Management and the Quality Management organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Project Management experience.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Supplier Management.
