3 month contract

Must have hands on experience with ADP, ideally ADP Workforce Now

No 3rd Parties/No C2C

We are seeking an experienced ADP Data Analyst/Specialist to support a focused data cleanup and stabilization initiative. The organization is currently dealing with significant data quality and integrity issues within ADP and needs a hands-on resource who can quickly assess the current state, identify root causes, and help clean up and organize the environment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both ADP functionality and HR/payroll data and is comfortable digging into messy, inconsistent data to determine what is wrong and how to fix it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the current state of data within ADP and identify data quality, integrity, and configuration issues
  • Analyze employee, HR, payroll, benefits, and related data to uncover duplicates, inconsistencies, missing information, and inaccurate records
  • Perform and/or coordinate large-scale data cleanup and remediation activities
  • Reconcile ADP data against source systems, reports, and other available records
  • Identify the root causes of recurring data issues, not just correct individual records
  • Develop validation and audit processes to ensure cleaned data remains accurate
  • Assist with data mapping, imports/exports, reporting, and integrations as needed
  • Work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Recommend improvements to data governance, processes, and controls to prevent future data quality issues
  • Document cleanup activities, findings, and ongoing data-management procedures

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience working with ADP, ideally ADP Workforce Now
  • Deep understanding of HRIS and payroll data structures and dependencies
  • Demonstrated experience with data cleanup, reconciliation, validation, and remediation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex or poorly documented data issues
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting/query tools is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and bring structure to an environment with significant data-quality challenges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with MedTrainer, specifically the LMS and Credentialing modules
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Ideal Background

  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on ADP problem solver who has walked into challenging HRIS environments before, untangled complex data issues, cleaned up historical records, and put processes in place to improve data integrity going forward
