Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant at CoPoint AI, you will drive end-to-end delivery of both AI-enabled data solutions and modern web applications. You will blend technical expertise in AI, Microsoft platforms, and full-stack web development with business insight to architect and implement impactful solutions across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Consultant in AI and Data Consulting Services, you will lead client-facing engagements that design, build, and scale AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise customers. This full-time, on-site role in our Dallas, Texas office involves overseeing project delivery, guiding technical teams, and working closely with client stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and analytics opportunities. The Sr. Consultant will translate business requirements into working software, coordinate solution architecture, and ensure projects are executed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, reviewing analytical models and dashboards, managing project plans and resources (experience with PM tools like Jira and/or Azure DevOps is a must), and communicating progress and insights to executive audiences. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to methodology and best practices, and supporting business development through proposals, case studies, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software development, with the ability to design and oversee end-to-end buildout of solutions.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in Analytics, including structuring problems, interpreting results, and generating clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading consulting projects, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (such as MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
