6+ years experience in life insurance/annuity policy administration systems
Strong mainframe (COBOL, DB2/SQL) skills
Strong C#, .NET, SQL skills
Git skills
Client-facing delivery and technical leadership experience
Familiarity with AI tools
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Minimum 6+ years of experience in development, maintenance, and support projects involving Mainframe technologies
Minimum 6+ years of experience working with SQL databases
Strong understanding of Policy Administration System architecture and design principles
Experience working directly with clients and managing technical delivery
Working knowledge of version control tools like Git
Working knowledge and understanding of AI tools and features

Professional certifications in Life Insurance, such as LOMA, are highly desirable
