IT Support Technician (On-Call)

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician based in (location) to join our team on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support end-user devices and operating systems
Escalate complex technical issues when required
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements

Requirements

Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Belgium
Availability for on-call assignments
