Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for customers
• Assist in pre-sales activities including technical scoping and proposal development
• Provide technical support for colleagues

Previous experience in requirements gathering and infrastructure design is preferred.

Required Skills

The candidate needs to have a deep understanding of the following core requirements:

• Active Directory / DNS / Group Policies
• Microsoft servers
• General networking/security
• Citrix XenApp

Technology Specific Experience

As a leading Microsoft partner, expertise in one or more of the following technologies is required with experience in more than one technology greatly preferred.

• Office 365
• Exchange Server
• Lync Server
• System Center
• SharePoint

Education (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
• Technical certifications
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
