Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop and deploy AI-powered agents for automating key processes in healthcare revenue cycle management.

The role involves

• Document AI & OCR: Extracting data from PDFs, scanned documents, and handwritten notes.
• Medical Coding & NLP: Automating coding tasks using deep learning and NLP.
• Billing & Claims Processing: Developing AI-driven RPA bots for automation.
• IVR & Speech AI: Building AI-powered voice solutions for insurance follow-ups.
• Production Deployment & Optimization: Continuously refining AI models for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in AI & Machine Learning (NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision).
• Hands-on experience with OCR & Document AI (Tesseract, AWS Textract, etc.).
• Proficiency in NLP frameworks (SpaCy, GPT) and speech-to-text AI (Whisper, Amazon Transcribe).
• Strong Python programming skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain).
• Knowledge of LLMs for document understanding and workflow automation.
