Long Term ContractWhat You''''ll DoBuild and ship features across the WFM platform and/or the broader contact center platform, working in close, continuous collaboration with the client''''s internal engineering team.Participate actively in design discussions and delivery planning, not just implementation - this MVP is explicitly designed to involve engineers in shaping the product, not just coding to spec.Build and consume integrations with Amazon Connect (call volumes, agent performance metrics, real-time status, scheduling data) to power WFM functionality.Develop cloud-native services and full stack components using modern patterns (containerized services, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code where applicable).Work within a team held to data privacy and security standards consistent with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS.Where background allows, contribute to contact center routing logic or voice/telephony components (Kamailio / FreeSWITCH) .Required Experience6 –10 years professional software engineering experience, full stack (backend + frontend).Strong track record shipping production systems in cloud-native environments - AWS preferred; comfort with Kubernetes and Docker.Demonstrated ability to work directly with a client''''s internal team and participate in design/architecture conversations, not just execute tickets.Solid API design and integration experience - connecting to third-party or internal platform APIs (Amazon Connect experience a strong plus).Must be based in and eligible to work remotely within the United States.Strongly Preferred Prior Workforce Management (WFM) software development experience.Contact center routing development background.Voice/telephony development experience, specifically Kamailio or FreeSWITCH.Automation/test engineering experience, especially voice platform testing.
