Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. The role will focus on translating marketing objectives into engaging visual concepts while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This is a remote, part-time or freelance opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual concepts that support campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.
• Create illustrations, infographics, icons, layouts, and other visual elements.
• Prepare artwork for digital publishing and print production.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder and client feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Previous experience within a creative or marketing agency, preferably handling FMCG accounts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across different digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of digital design requirements and print-production processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms.
• Motion-graphics or basic video-editing experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
