Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse
Create business rules and automation logic to facilitate data workflows
Integrate solutions with REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and testers
Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
Research and diagnose errors and issues
Document steps and results

Requirements

4+ years of Dynamics 365 Power Platform experience
Experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps
Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in C# and .NET for plug-ins
Proficiency in JavaScript
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Git
Experience with CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Agile SDLC
Experience with user story development

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Power BI experience
Experience in user-centered design and accessibility
Experience with Section 508 and WCAG
Experience with React
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with PCF Controls
Experience with SharePoint
