Data Professional role at Calybre is designed for early-career individuals with approximately one year of relevant experience in a data-related role.

This experience may include exposure to activities such as preparing and analysing data, building reports or dashboards, developing and testing data pipelines, experimenting with models, or working with analytics and AI solutions.

This role recognises that modern data careers are not linear. Young Professionals may work across multiple data role families - including Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI Engineering, or adjacent roles - as they build a strong foundational skill set and discover areas of specialisation over time.
