Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain features across the SimioAccelerate platform
  • Build and extend agentic workflows and AI-powered features
  • Orchestrate AI agents to plan, design, build, test, deploy, and monitor outcomes
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud-hosted services across front end, processing, and data layers
  • Design and apply evaluation frameworks for AI output quality, safety, and reliability
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, compliance, and data privacy standards
  • Separate PII from AI-accessible data
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and AI tooling

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development in a SaaS environment
  • Practical experience building with agentic workflows
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms
  • Experience with relational or analytical databases and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience integrating AI into the SDLC using tools like Claude Code or Codex
  • Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and SaaS methodologies

Preferred

  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Experience with nonprofits, fundraising, or marketing
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms like CRM, marketing automation, SMS, or email
