Job Openings IBM BAW/ODM Developer

Analyze business needs and translate them into design, development, testing, deployment, and support of applications.
Maintain and support applications in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Deliver application enhancements and solutions that comply with internal IT policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve new or complex issues that may impact application performance or functionality.
Participate in team discussions to share technical knowledge and support collaborative problem-solving.
Work effectively across different functions and in a culturally diverse environment.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
5 years and above of hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex applications using IBM Workflows/BPM/BAW v20.x.
Strong experience in developing solutions using IBM ODM/Rule Designer (v8.10.x), including Rule Execution Server, Decision Center, Action/Rule Sets.
Solid understanding of BOM/XOM, decision tables, technical rules, and rule flows.
Knowledge of Process Admin, IBM WebSphere (WAS), Java scripting, RDBMS, SQL, and API/REST programming.
Additional skills in IBM MQ, Java/Java EE, Shell Script, Batch Script, and Git are advantageous.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Experience in IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Manager), CI/CD knowledge, Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud is an advantage.
