Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end features from concept to production
  • Integrate AI capabilities into web applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full technology stack
  • Design and implement scalable system architectures
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems
  • Collaborate across teams to define and implement technical requirements
  • Design and execute unit and integration tests
  • Optimize performance of existing systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Foster a culture of learning and collaboration

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in fullstack software development
  • Strong proficiency in backend development with Node.js
  • Solid experience with frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar
  • Solid understanding of system design and scalability patterns
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
  • Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI API, LangChain, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks)
  • Experience with Python for backend development or AI-related scripting
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks
  • Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time collaborative features
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Prisma or similar modern ORMs
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
  • Background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
