Responsibilities

  • Work on end-to-end implementation and support of Syteline (CSI) ERP
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Configure and customize Syteline modules based on business needs
  • Develop and maintain forms, reports, and extensions using Syteline tools
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
  • Collaborate with functional teams on Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain modules
  • Perform system integrations with third-party applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide user training and documentation
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Strong experience in Syteline / Infor CSI ERP
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers)
  • Proficiency in .NET / C# (for customizations)
  • Proficiency in IDO (Intelligent Data Objects)
  • Proficiency in Mongoose framework
  • Experience with SSRS Reports / Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of API integrations / Web Services
  • Good understanding of Manufacturing processes
  • Good understanding of Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Good understanding of Finance (AR/AP/GL basics)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
