Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• C1+ English level

Experience

• Proven experience in developing and implementing complex algorithms to solve business problems and improve system performance.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing AI models.
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Proven experience in leading projects and teams, including the mentorship of junior engineers.
• Experience integrating AI models and systems into existing business processes and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• High proficiency in AI-related programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or Apache Spark is also important.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and the ability to apply these techniques to train systems and make predictions.
• Advanced knowledge of deep learning techniques to interpret complex data patterns and make predictions.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex data sets and extract insights that inform AI model development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to keep up with the latest AI trends, conduct research, and drive innovation in AI applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
