Responsibilities

Build and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Deliver in an outcome-focused model
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission needs into platform capabilities
Lead development across scripting, automation, and integrations
Support delivery end-to-end
Ensure stability, performance, and secure configurations
Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities, AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices

Requirements

5+ years ServiceNow development experience
Strong ITSM expertise
Strong ServiceNow scripting/configuration skills
Proficiency in JavaScript
Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations
Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum
Strong consulting mindset
Strong stakeholder communication
ServiceNow certifications

Preferred

Experience supporting federal clients or regulated environments
