Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
Implement automated data pipelines and ETL processes
Build dashboards for availability, incidents, service desk KPIs, and security events
Develop data models, transformations, and shared datasets
Integrate data from monitoring platforms, incident management systems, logs, and operational databases
Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and refresh reliability
Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud, and service desk teams
Support trend analysis, forecasting, and performance insights for leadership
Maintain documentation for data sources, dashboards, metrics definitions, and reporting templates
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure compliance with federal reporting standards

Active Secret clearance supported by a Tier 3 background investigation
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or analytics
Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
Experience building automated data pipelines and ETL workflows
Experience supporting reporting needs in enterprise IT or federal environments
Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization
Strong SQL and ETL development skills
Knowledge of data modeling, dataset optimization, and automated refresh schedules
