Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Engineer to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of software projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered on time. You will leverage your expertise in Java to guide the development team, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Utilize Java programming skills to contribute to the development and troubleshooting of software solutions.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Implement best practices in software development and delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java or project management are a plus.
