Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain the platform's infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to integrate cloud solutions and infrastructure into the product seamlessly.
On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call responsibilities to address and resolve critical failures promptly, ensuring minimal service disruption.
Automation and Process Improvement: Develop processes and automation strategies to reduce bottlenecks and dependencies, enhancing service continuity.
Communication and Planning: Engage in effective communication with peers and managers, contributing to the infrastructure roadmap and sprint planning.
Team Leadership: Show readiness and capability to grow and lead the infrastructure and DevOps team as the organization expands.

Extensive experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP) and cloud architecture.
Proficiency in Linux systems (bash scripting, terminal skills, etc) and infrastructure security.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
Practical experience scaling systems and working with SLAs on enterprise products.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
