Senior Software Engineer - Production Support - India

Should have around 3-5 yrs of Experience.

Experience in L1 and L2 production support and ticketing process.

• Must have Strong understanding of Linux.
• Good to have knowledge of Windows and PowerShell.
• Good to have knowledge on Linux shell scripting.
• Good to have knowledge on Windows, PowerShell and Docker Containerization(Deploy docker images and manage services)
• Should have knowledge on Release management
• Should have capability to do product development, automation and application upgrades.
• Good to have knowledge on transition skills, SOP preparation and new application onboarding.
• Should have good Communication skills
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must take ownership and accountability of a product delivery.
• Strong Knowledge on ITIL concepts
• Experience in production support and ticketing process
• DB experience - SQL server/Oracle DB(SQL query writing experience-DDL/DML..etc)
• ETL production support experience-Informatica or SSIS tools
• Should have knowledge on any monitoring tools(Nagios/eon..etc)
• must know any one of scripting language(shell/PowerShell/python)
• Good to have Azure/Azure data engineering/jboss/WebSphere knowledge
• Good to have knowledge on any deployment tools (VSTS)
• Good to have knowledge on SSL certificate management
