Production Support & Test Management Specialist 2485

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support containerized Java/Spring Boot services across non-production and production environments using OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and services, ensuring system availability, stability, and reliability.
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including on-call and shift support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and other technical teams to investigate and resolve production issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and production validation testing.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test execution reports.
• Support application deployments across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform defect identification, troubleshooting, and verification of fixes.
• Support release validation and ensure applications meet quality and operational requirements before deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, testing processes, and automation.
