We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator with deep knowledge in Microsoft Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Big Data Analysis using Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our systems, and leveraging big data analytics to drive business insights.

*Key Responsibilities

System Administration

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Microsoft MDM

Implement and manage Microsoft MDM solutions to ensure secure and efficient mobile device management across the organization.

Big Data Analysis

Utilize Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.

Security Management

Implement and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure and data.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support various IT projects and initiatives.

Documentation

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.

*Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

*Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft MDM solutions.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft tools for Big Data Analysis, including Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and database management.

*Certifications

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified

Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified

Azure Database Administrator Associate, or similar12.

*Problem-Solving Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex IT issues.

*Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Advanced Certifications

Additional certifications in Microsoft MDM or Big Data Analysis.

Leadership Skills

Experience in leading IT projects and mentoring junior team
