Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, and sustain AWS capabilities using AWS, EKS, ECS, Terraform, Packer, Vault, Consul, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and container platforms
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, container platform operations, monitoring, and secure deployment automation
Translate business, mission, security, and operational requirements into technical solutions
Support platform architecture, backlog refinement, release readiness, and production transition
Develop reusable patterns, configuration standards, and support procedures
Troubleshoot complex issues across platform configuration, code, data, APIs, identity, and security
Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, QA, and change management teams
Maintain technical documentation, design decisions, test evidence, and runbooks

7+ years experience in infrastructure as code, automation, and cloud platform development
Hands-on experience with AWS implementation, configuration, and development
Experience with Agile delivery teams
Strong knowledge of AWS capabilities and implementation patterns
Experience with APIs, identity and access controls, and data management
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Experience with Terraform, Packer, Vault, Consul, GitHub Actions, EKS, ECS, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry

AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Professional, Security Specialty, Kubernetes, or Terraform certification
Experience supporting federal government IT environments or Public Trust programs
Experience with Section 508, cybersecurity, auditability, and data protection
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
Knowledge of NIST controls, FISMA, and FedRAMP
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or Snowflake
