Design, develop, and maintain complex user-facing applications using Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using Design System components
Lead development of reusable UI components and contribute to the Design System
Develop and improve automated UI testing using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
Ensure frontend implementations meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
Estimate development work and participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Participate in on-call rotations and improve monitoring and observability
Mentor Software Engineers I and II through code reviews and paired programming
Drive improvements to engineering processes, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, UX designers, and Product Managers
Participate in SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Support recruiting by participating in technical interviews

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent
Advanced experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience implementing complex user interfaces from Figma or comparable design tools
Experience building reusable component libraries and working within enterprise Design Systems
Strong experience with automated UI testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
Experience with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues
Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical code reviews

Experience with Python-based backend services
Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical design decisions
Experience optimizing application performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications within AWS environments
Experience working on large-scale federal or government technology programs
Familiarity with SAFe Agile development practices
