Lead technical discovery conversations and manage customer software integrations end-to-end
Configure, test, and maintain software tools and integrations
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving REST APIs, networking, authentication, and data formats
Create clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources
Partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to feed implementation insights into product improvements

Professional software engineering experience using Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
Practical proficiency with SQL database querying
Practical proficiency with REST API structures
Practical proficiency with authentication mechanisms
Practical proficiency with common data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV
Working knowledge of core networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, IP allowlisting, and SSL/TLS
Ability and willingness to travel between 25% and 50% for customer deployments and onsite discovery

Skills
