This is a strategic role for a hands-on expert who thrives on both technical depth and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), A/B testing, and model validation to uncover insights and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and strategy teams to embed intelligent solutions into key business processes.
• Lead analytics projects from design to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Optimize cloud-based analytics costs and improve the efficiency of big data workflows and pipelines.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with a proven track record of delivery.
• Expertise in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Spark, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data integrity principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• A Bachelors or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
