Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new product features
Implement best practices for clean, efficient, and secure coding standards
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all systems and applications
Continuously improve development processes and stay current with emerging technologies
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL or React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Write clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
Ensure software solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Work with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, IAM roles, endpoints, and VPCs
Support deployment processes and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Maintain and improve existing codebases, performing refactoring as needed for quality and maintainability
Document system architecture, APIs, and application workflows for internal reference and scalability
Ensure all work adheres to established standards for reliability, testing, and security compliance
Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation
Stay informed on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development
Contribute ideas to improve engineering processes and enhance team efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience as a software developer or engineer
Proficiency in one or more full-stack technologies: PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, or React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Experience with AWS services
Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of version control (Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
