About The Role
As Senior Technical Product Manager, Care Engine, you will own the infrastructure that powers every patient's clinical journey with Hone. You’ll build the systems that keep every patient’s care on track - determining when they’re due for their next follow-up and ensuring they get their medications on time, every time.
You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with clinical, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define how Hone's core systems should behave, and ensure that they do so reliably at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for the Care Engine team, spanning the clinical rules engine, prescription and fulfillment pipeline, and subscription billing logic
- Own end-to-end reliability of the systems that run Hone's clinical operations and work cross-functionally with our clinical, care operations, pharmacy operations, and engineering teams to ensure that every patient's care runs correctly, every time
- Define and track success metrics including rules engine reliability, medication delivery timeliness and audit pass rate
- Build systematic audit practices to surface where the engine's actual behavior diverges from intended behavior
- Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship new logic and integrations (e.g., DoseSpot, pharmacies, carriers, Health Gorilla)
- Measure the success of launches and develop data-driven solutions for continuous improvement
About You
- 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on backend systems, rules engines, or platform infrastructure
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with complex conditional logic, system architecture, and partnering directly with engineers on design
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Energized by complex systems and building infrastructure that others can rely on
- Experience in a domain with real regulatory, financial, or clinical stakes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health and longevity
Compensation Range
$160,000 - $200,000 based on location and experience
