Product Manager (Sportsbook & iGaming)

Athens, Greece | Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing iGaming team in Athens and play a key role in shaping the future of our sportsbook and gaming products.

This position is ideal for a product professional who combines strong business thinking, customer-centric decision making, and hands-on collaboration with technology teams. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering features that improve customer experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and market trends.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, CRM, Marketing, Trading, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive product development from concept through launch and post-release optimisation.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Support the execution of product launches and feature rollouts across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies and Agile environments.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and managing priorities.
• Ability to analyse customer behaviour, market opportunities, and business performance metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance short-term priorities with long-term strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within the iGaming, Sports Betting, Casino, or Gaming industry.
• Knowledge of sportsbook products, player journeys, and betting markets.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management tools.
