About the job Android Team Lead

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Android and Flutter developers to deliver top-quality code.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Native Android apps (Kotlin) and cross-platform apps (Flutter/Dart).
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Ensure performance, stability, and clean architecture using MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Review code, resolve bugs, and continuously optimize performance.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 69 years of Android development experience with a portfolio of published apps.
• Strong experience in Kotlin/Java and the Android SDK.
• Proven hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, Material Design, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise).
• Working knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and cloud messaging.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior and mid-level engineers.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience in fintech or payments is a plus.
