Senior Software Engineer - React Native

Work Experience

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Mobile and Web app development.
• Proficient in React Native, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux-Saga, and Redux Toolkit.
• Skilled in backend integration using RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest.
• Experience with Google Play deployment processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Experience in Java / Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Develop and enhance the CargoMate mobile and web applications based on business needs.
• Implement new features and solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams globally.
• Work with stakeholders to address conflicts and resolve challenges.
• Continuously improve development processes, conduct retrospectives, and identify areas for optimization.
• Manage and prioritize tasks in alignment with the team lead.
