Job Openings Assistant Manager, Business Planning & Operations

Analyse sales, inventory, customer and product data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Deliver insights and recommendations to improve sales, profitability and inventory performance.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.

Manage product categories and monitor commercial performance.
Identify product opportunities and support portfolio, pricing and commercial initiatives.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve availability and competitiveness.

Identify and implement process improvements, automation and business transformation initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve business objectives.
Drive initiatives through data-driven insights and effective stakeholder management.

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics or a related discipline.

3–5 years' experience in business operations, category/product management, demand planning or business analysis.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
