Working on GIS (Geographic Information System) product Development

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable, and excellent team player

The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team spread across North America and India team members, sometimes across multiple time zones

The candidate may be assigned to more than one role or project at a time

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ GIS/ Geoinformatics with overall high academics

6- 7 years of experience as a GIS Developer (Senior)

6 to 7 years experience in developing websites, custom web mapping applications using

• Net, ESRI Arc GIS, Arc Objects, Arc GIS Server side programming, ArcGIS Java script API

Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.

NET Languages

C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML, Open source as well as Google Map API

Experience in web mapping application development using AGOL (ArcGIS Online) – Web app builder and custom web app templates & custom widgets, ArcGIS Silverlight API, JavaScript API, ArcGIS Python script

Experience in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, ORACLE 11g,12C including schema design and writing complex SQL, stored procedures, and views etc

Experience in working with ArcSDE geo database platform

Some experience with front end UI (User Interface) design

Write Oracle geospatial SQL procedures to find intersections between layers and

• generate new geospatial data points marking the intersections using only SQL

Complete understanding of Oracle SDO\_GEOMETRY and related data types

Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Server published map services, ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, Queries, Joins, Map file configuration

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable, and excellent team player
