About you

Own the commercial success and customer value of a specialist workforce management product shaping the facilities, cleaning, and estate services industries.

You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels—diving into complex operational detail while confidently influencing senior stakeholders with a clear product vision and commercial roadmap.

Customer-obsessed and insight-driven, you leverage AI-enabled discovery and real customer engagement to uncover growth opportunities, sharpen product-market fit, and deliver measurable outcomes across ARR, retention, and adoption.

What You’ll Own

• Commercial Growth – Define and drive product strategy, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market success
• Customer Value – Turn insights into impactful roadmap decisions that boost retention and expansion
• Product Excellence – Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Portfolio Impact – Think beyond a single product and maximize value across the broader suite

• ARR growth
• Strong GRR & retention
• Increased product adoption
• Improved customer satisfaction (pNPS)

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in Product Management within B2B SaaS
• Strong commercial mindset with experience owning growth metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR)
• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into winning product strategies
• Confident working with engineering on delivery and trade-offs
• Hands-on with AI tools for discovery, analysis, and decision-making

Bonus Points

• Experience in workforce or facilities management
• Background in complex or operationally intensive products
