ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a delivery organization supporting complex features across several SaaS and cloud-based applications as a Technical Product Owner. The role blends product ownership, business analysis, delivery coordination, and technical communication, giving you real influence over what gets built and how it reaches production, working alongside business teams, Product Managers, developers, QA, UX, and senior stakeholders.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You will gather and analyse requirements with business teams and Product Managers, facilitate workshops to clarify scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes, and translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You'll manage and prioritise the product backlog, define sprint priorities, and support refinement, planning, and review ceremonies, acting as the product reference for one or more development teams. Your responsibilities also include owning release planning, coordinating UAT and feature/alpha/beta testing, collecting and prioritising defects and improvements, challenging unclear or incomplete requirements before development starts, and preparing product documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager with direct delivery responsibility
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience with release planning and delivery coordination
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect prioritization, and feature acceptance
• Proven ability to document complex business requirements in a clear, usable format
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, including business owners, developers, QA, UX, architects, and senior managers
• Good understanding of technical dependencies, software architecture, APIs, data, integrations, or cloud applications
• Strong planning, estimation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment and manage demanding deadlines
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
• Professional English (B2 Upper Intermediate or above), suitable for meetings, documentation, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Scrum Product Owner certification
• Experience with SaaS, cloud products, data platforms, payments, financial services, enterprise applications, or digital products
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product delivery tools

Compensation

€2,000 – €2,400/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
