Digital Application Specialist

Responsible for implementing and supporting Digital Application solutions across the assigned region. Interacts regularly with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management) and external customers (clinics, labs, distributors) to ensure high-quality adoption and usage of CooperSurgical solutions.

The Digital Application Specialist is responsible for delivering technical application support for Digital solutions, including RI Witness. This includes project management, training, customer engagement, and post-installation support. The role is key to ensuring customer success and enabling commercial growth.

• Provide expert support and implementation of Digital solutions including RI Witness.
• Project manager for new installations and post-implementation training.
• Support the commercial team with product demonstrations and technical validation during the sales cycle.
• Conduct system reviews and recommend optimizations to maximize usage and satisfaction.
• Document activities related to installations, training , and customer interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support materials.
• Escalate technical issues and collaborate with technical service and R&D when necessary.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior specialists as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and occasionally internationally, depending on customer and project needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and basic SQL knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional regional language is a plus.

Work Environment

• Frequent travel and time spent in clinical and laboratory settings.
• Prolonged periods working on a computer.
• Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 20 kg).

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF labs, technical application support, or digital solution deployment.
• Experience in project-based field roles preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• IVF lab or Digital certifications preferred.

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $90,098 to $120,130. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
