Role: Software Tester, Development

The Software Development Tester ensures the quality of software products through the testing process. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

• Defining testing strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Developing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for software testing.
• Conducting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Establishing and reporting metrics to measure software quality, testing effectiveness, and progress. Managing and analyzing identified problems to improve overall project quality.
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and quality assurance professionals to meet customer needs, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Communicating testing status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders, including customers and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and methods, proficient in relevant testing tools. Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and testing techniques.
• Several years of experience in software development testing management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
