Develops database, applications for manufacturing semiconductor optical devices, and contributes by applying the developed database, applications in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Responsible for improving existing database applications and introducing new system to realize mass-production capacity ramp. Visualization manufacturing data and anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from mass production database.

Responsibilities

• Develops database, applications for manufacturing semiconductor optical devices, and contributes by applying the developed database, applications in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
• Responsible for improving existing database applications and introducing new system to realize mass-production capacity ramp.
• Visualization manufacturing data and anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from mass production database.

Expected Background

• BSc, MSc, PhD degree in data science, information engineering, informatics, or a related equivalent technical field.
• Bachelors and 2+ years of work experience, Masters and 1+ years of work experience. PhD. no relevant work experiences.

Expected Skill

• Developing database of manufacturing data, data science for improving manufacturing quality and yield, deploying software/application for automation
• Fluent Japanese speaker and intermediate English skill
• Experience of using Python, Excel VBA, SQL or commercial existing tools .
• Work experience in manufacturing fab.
