As a Data Integration Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver exceptional software products and solutions that revolutionize industries and deliver outstanding user experiences.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing software engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
• Guiding teams in applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and test applications
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and architecture to enhance business performance
• Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
• Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored software solutions
• Mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and encouraging innovation
• Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to validate seamless software functionality
• Promoting the use of digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to optimize software engineering processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
